How the tests work
Every test is scored right after you submit it, free of charge and without registration. You see your resulting category immediately. If you want, you can have a detailed breakdown with recommendations and a comparison with others sent to you by email.
The knowledge tests (the Mondrian attention test, progressive matrices, profitability basics and working with AI) measure what you can do right now: concentration, logical reasoning, how well you read your company's numbers. The personality tests (extrovert/introvert, personality profile and learning style) show how you work: where you get your energy, how you come across to a team and which way of learning suits you best.
The tests are for self-discovery and fun, not for diagnostics. No answer is wrong. You learn the most when you answer honestly, not "correctly".
