More about the system

Who the system and method have already helped: references.

Change: Sometimes it's a change of address

This is the case I tell most often at talks. Michal Fišer wanted to start a cleaning company in Prague. Before he spent a single crown on advertising, we calculated click prices, wages, and how long it takes for the money to reach the account. Prague didn't add up, so the company was founded in Brno. Within a year it held four first-page search positions and could switch paid advertising off.

How I build the system

What I don't do

  • One-off training days

    A day with a lecturer won't change a company.

  • One-hour consultations on anything

Hours of advice are not a system.

  • Never-ending mentoring

    Guidance that never arrives anywhere.

  • Managing your ads and social media

    I'm not an agency.

  • Strategies for the drawer

A document is not a result.

  • Crystal ball fortune-telling

I leave that to other experts.

All of this looks like progress. It isn't. That's why I do a single thing: I build repeat sales systems, that stay in your company and keep earning.

System: It stays in the company even without me

MOBIS sells photovoltaics and kept paying more and more for advertising. We built a local search routine they've been running themselves ever since, and they cancelled their SEO agency. Managing director Martin Svoboda wrote that they became an independent unit. The photo is from the ČSOB hackathon, from an evening spent on email sending that the club's mail still runs on today.

Focus: In month three I'm in the field

On the projection is a work-in-progress list of companies, each with the name of the person who'll call them and a date. In month three I go out to approach customers together with the client. Patrik Balla of Beskydy Weddings wrote about that phase that mentoring turned into action. At Smartlux this is how we landed the first customers.

Why this, of all things

It's not competition or bad advertising that kills a company. It's buried by customers who have no reason to come back.

Most small companies measure marketing as inflow: how many people saw the site, how many wrote, how many bought. What happens afterwards, nobody tracks. Yet that's exactly where it's decided whether next year you start from zero, or from the people you already have.

A repeat sales system is not a discount or a loyalty card with stamps. It's a way of running your company so the customer comes back on their own: what you tell them after the first purchase, how you handle a complaint, when you get in touch and with what.

A campaign is something you order. Not this. But it can be built as a system and deployed step by step. That's exactly what I do with companies.

Are you sure?
