Mentoring: guidance that stays with the change
Regular sessions over three months, longer if needed. Between them, work on your side and my feedback. It's not training; it's about someone staying with the change until it shows in the results.
How it works

Initial review
Before we agree to work together, we go through where the company is and how far it can move in three months. If mentoring doesn't make sense, I'll say so straight away.

Regular sessions
Once every two to four weeks, online. Each one reviews what's been done since last time and agrees the next step.

Work between sessions
You and your team make the change; I keep the direction and bring you back to what has priority. Without work between sessions mentoring doesn't work, which is why I ask about it up front.
Who it's for: a company that already knows what to improve and wants to stay with it. For a one-off problem, the better fit is a consultation.

The cheapest first step is the book and the free content; a shorter commitment comes with the quarterly club membership. Paid services make sense once you have your first customers.
"The business works so far, but paid advertising is becoming less and less worth it. We need to remove the shortcomings that limit us."
Start with a consultation with a business diagnostic. It finds what's limiting you and orders the steps by impact.

Price
The three-month programme costs from 80,000 Kč excl. VAT (from 96,800 Kč incl. VAT). I'll confirm the exact scope after the initial review. If you've been through the business diagnostic for 15,000 Kč excl. VAT, you know where to start. You buy a big decision step by step. The full ladder of services is in the the price list.
Prices are excl. VAT; I'm VAT-registered. The offer is intended for companies and sole traders.
