The book Opakovaný prodej
The book sums up repeat sales methods proven in Czech companies. You'll learn why customers buy the least risky offer and stop competing on price alone. You'll ask your customer six questions that turn the first purchase into a second, and design a loyalty program that doesn't cut its own margin.
It's written for entrepreneurs and smaller companies that can win a customer, but most buy only once. It's the smallest first step: you read at your own pace and roll the methods into your company yourself.

Repeat Sales System
In 90 days I'll build and deploy a system in your company that turns first purchases into repeat ones. It starts with a business diagnostic for 15,000 Kč, deducted from the price. At the end you don't get a document for the drawer, but a running system and before-and-after numbers.
It's work for companies that already sell but whose growth rests on a constant inflow of new customers. I take two to three companies at a time, and the first clients get an introductory price in exchange for a case study.
Customers will come back to you and revenue will stop starting from zero every month. The system stays in your company and earns even when I'm not around.
