When you'll get it
The download link arrives by email right after payment. It's valid for three days and allows five downloads. If it lapses, write to info@zsf.cz and I'll send a new one.
What you'll read it on
PDF keeps the print layout, suits computers and tablets, and prints notes well. ePub adapts its type to the display, so it fits e-readers and phones. You get both formats; no need to choose.

What people ask before buying
- Will I get a company invoice?
- Yes. The tax document arrives by email right after payment; books carry a zero VAT rate.
- Can I return the e-book?
- With digital content, the right of withdrawal expires on delivery of the file; that's what the law says. So it pays to choose the format upfront; the printed version does have a 14-day cooling-off period.
- What if my link lapses?
- You write to info@zsf.cz and I'll send a new one. Nothing extra to pay.
