Repeat Sales System

You know how to win customers, but they don't come back. In 90 days I'll build and deploy a system in your company that turns first purchases into repeat ones. This is where the real business begins.

Sound familiar?

Acquisition gets more expensive every year, your customer database is asleep, and nobody in the company can say why customers leave after the first purchase. A loyalty program alone won't fix it: a loyalty program is not a strategy, it's a tool. I don't start with the program, I start with your customers.

How it works

  1. 1

    Business diagnostic

A paid first step for 15,000 Kč, deducted from the system's price. We go through 14 areas of your company using the method from the book, and you get a written report: you know where the company is losing before you commit to the whole system. We also look ahead: I calculate the likely extra revenue a repeat sales system would generate for you over six months.

  2. 2

Analysis of customers and reasons they return

Purchase frequency, cohorts, buying intervals, and the share of one-off and dormant customers, over your data, not industry averages. I look for three things: after which purchase a customer becomes a regular, when a specific person is at risk, and why your loyal customers already come back today. That last one is the most valuable: those are engines working for you without you knowing about them.

  3. 3

    System design

Choosing mechanisms that fit your customers: a loyalty program, subscriptions, reactivating dormant customers, emailing, reminders. A customer ladder from first purchase to advocate, with a mechanism, an action, and a metric at every step.

  4. 4

    Implementation with your team

In month three I'm in the field: the system goes into practice, the team knows what to do, and the mechanisms run. That's the difference from a strategy in a drawer.

  5. 5

    Evaluation and handover

Numbers before and after: purchase frequency, intervals, share of returning customers. The system stays yours and keeps working after I leave.

What the analysis produces

Not a feel-good chart, but answers you can act on the next day:

  • Which purchase turns a customer into a regular. That's where your marketing goal shifts: not "win a customer" but "get them to that purchase".
  • What your month stands on. How much revenue comes from new customers and how much from returning ones. And how that ratio is changing.
  • Who is at risk. Measured by each customer's own rhythm, not one rule for everyone: for whom ninety days of silence is normal, and for whom forty already means they're leaving.
  • Which groups are going quiet on you. Who is sliding year-on-year from your best third to the worst. That shows up before they leave.
  • Who buys only on discount and who at full price. That decides what each group should be approached with.
  • A named list of people to contact, sorted by where a comeback pays off the most.

And above all, the reason they return: what the people who come back without a nudge have in common. You can't copy this from someone else's case study; in every company it rests on something different, and it's the cheapest thing you can strengthen, because it already works.

What this is not

  • It's not mentoring: you're not buying endless guidance, but a result with an end after 90 days.
  • It's not consulting: you don't get hours of advice, but a built and deployed system.
  • I'm not an agency: I won't run any ads for you; I build a system your team then runs.

Who it's for: companies that already have customers who just don't come back, e-commerce and services alike. If you're just starting out and don't have customers yet, the system won't help you: start with the book and the club, that is the more honest first step.

Why me: I wrote a 528-page book on repeat sales and I've worked on it for over 20 years across 40 industries. The system is the same method, deployed into your company.

Price

I will tell you the price of the whole system on request. For the first clients the price is introductory, in exchange for consenting to a case study with before-and-after numbers; it will go up afterwards. I take on 2–3 companies at a time, more than that one person cannot handle.

It starts with a diagnostic for 15,000 Kč excl. VAT. It's deducted from the system's price, so you buy the big decision in steps. If the diagnostic shows you don't need the system, I'll tell you.

Prices are excl. VAT; I'm VAT-registered. The offer is intended for companies and sole traders.
